Spark

I touched on "Spark" earlier in my blog and said I'd add more later...Here it is! Sister and I flew to Salt Lake City, Utah in November to a creative event called Spark! We had classes in jewelry making, scrapbooking, photography, sewing...we met so many nice and creative people. We had a wonderful time and hope to go again!

Kayak Mississippi

Also in October, Friends of ours stayed with us in Port Gibson for the annual Kayak race on the Mississippi River. It starts in Port Gibson and ends in Natchez. Lynn and her brother Pard were the only two that participated in the race...the rest of us were there for moral support! It was tons of fun for us and lots of hard work for them, but I hope they will do it again next year!

Reid

It's October now! September flew by with me home ALONE cleaning out the pantry and trying to reorganize my life....that's when I should have updating my blog! Anyway, back to October. Mark and I drove to Sumrall. MS to watch Reid play football. It was So Much Fun! Reid played great, it was an exciting game and they WON!

Austin's Hunt

It's September now! Austin went on his first hunt in Oxford with a lot of his friends...looks like they had a successful hunt!

Larry's Birthday

For Larry's birthday, Nicole hooked us up with a Limo....Susan prepared a wonderful bag dinner with iced down beer and we headed to Joseph's football game! You should have seen the looks we got when we drove up in the limo! We had a great time!

Nana visits Ashton

Ashton's Nana wanted to visit her and see her dorm room so we took a road trip to Starkville. I was feeling bad because her walls were so bare so we added some stuff ..... you should see them now!... she has added much much more since this picture was taken. Remember we are still in August 2009!
